I bought this for scuba trips to the keys. It will be great for spring and fall dives! I recently used this shorty in 76 degree water and it did the trick, it's definitely not for colder water just to be clear. I'm always cold though so even for warmer water I wanted long sleeves, plus the long sleeves add protection from jellys. I tried several shorty wetsuits before this. This one is by far the most comfortable and stretchy of the ones I tried. The neoprene is thick enough to ensure warmth but not so thick that it screws up your mobility. The sleeves and shorts make good contact with your skin and provide a barrier but don't squeeze, it's definitely not stiff or as restricting as the other wetsuits I have tried. I'm 5'5 and 123lbs and I bought an 8 and it fits perfectly. I'm normally a size 1-3 but wetsuit sizes don't match regular sizes. It's actually very flattering for a wetsuit too. I can say, like another reviewer mentioned, the tag says not to hang from the shoulders but to hang by folding at the waist, but it was sent hanging from the shoulders. Not a big deal but I felt it was worth mentioning.
